I dont need to have a candlelit dinner
Nor should I take anyone's hand
The things happening here
I know
Being a man
Not everything is fated
Not everything is better
And certainly nature is not the cause
For either the fortune or mis
What I should heed for
Is the bright lonely spark
Illuminating my senses
Bringing me closer to the mark
I know
I have done my best
I couldn't feel
Couldn't even appreciate the touch
But this doesn't make me
Or automatically disqualifying me
From having views
On love, relationships and the like
For only liars are afraid of the truth
